Motivation does not last forever. Like we also need to have a bath from time to time despite the fact once we have done already. What is our role as leaders in finding the motivation of our co-workers? How can we find out the different motivators and adjust our leadership styles according to the variable personal needs and styles? What are the requirements of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and how do they vary with the appearance of the different generations at the workplace?
