To whom? (Target audience)

To monitor and map current atmosphere and motivation of Teams/Groups having work experience together at least for 3 months. Feedback among employees and from/to leaders is also available.

Why? (Return on investment)

What really matters is if we do not know if something is not working properly and not if something is not working properly. The culture of a team/group can be characterized by their ability and willingness to give and ask for continuous, timely reinforcing and developmental feedback. To make this process a habit builds up trust, enhances knowledge sharing and continuous self-and team development as well.
