For teams working together on the same field or project who:

  • have been working together for minimum 3 months
  • proceed along the way to achieve a common goal
  • have mutual respect toward each other
  • are open for feedback and development

In our running and complex world, we can hardly find time and occasion to share our thoughts, assumptions and feelings straight with people whom we are working with from day to day to reach the common goal. Team coaching helps members to grow together by giving and receiving open and honest feedback, discussing potential conflict situations and applying real case scenarios. In order to achieve this, the external coach provides the appropriate method and support throughout the development process.

How? (Methodology)

  • One-o-one/virtual sessions
  • Flexible timetable (morning/afternoon/evening, 1-3 hours)
  • Wide range of coaching methods (action learning, problem solving)

  • Number of participants: 4-8 people
