Acting as a leader we have the feeling to give attention, energy and knowledge to our co-workers. It also means that we personally receive less support and have less time dedicated to ourselves. We have to make sure to find a person, a place where we count and are listened to. A place where the answers being present in our inner soul and body can dig out by receiving the right questions in order to gain energy and power to continue our journey with the maximum of our existing capabilities and skills.
