We achieve long-term high performance when we work in team by collaborating with each other. How can we turn individual strengths in favour of the whole company? What can we, leaders, learn from other leaders? Where do I stay as a leader compared to other leaders? (benchmark) How should the preferred leadership culture look like? How can we, leaders, support and develop each other on daily basis in the future? We receive the answers for these questions when we combine individual Fligby®- Simulation with a Kick-off and Closing workshop facilitated by an external facilitator. During these sessions, we discuss the learning of the simulation, give and receive feedback and analyse real-life leadership situations with our team. As a result, we create our personal and team development plan, we gain energy and motivation for the coming period.
