This change first results in a “Forming” period, which will always follow a “Storming” phase. Initiating a workshop facilitated by an external, neutral professional moderator helps to express thoughts and feelings in an open and sincere way, it accelerates the new “status quo” and maintains a value-add, efficient and flourishing collaboration.
