How about to kill two birds with one stone? To maintain our body fitness, we can see our everyday work-related situations from another perspective. Or by getting rid of some extra weight, we can ease ourselves from some mental strains. Running& Coaching is the method when the coachee runs together with an external coach while answering high-gained questions and analysing his everyday situations from a higher aspect. By the end of a session the coachee looks forward to the next period with a gratify fatigue and renewed vigour.
